The Ocean Park Branch, located at the corner of Main Street and Ocean Park Boulevard, serves the southwest corner of Santa Monica and nearby communities such as Venice.
It is the only Carnegie Library in Santa Monica and retains the look and feel of the historic building while providing up-to-date technology.
Computers with Internet access and word processing capability are available. The library is also a hotspot for Wireless (WiFi) Internet access.
The print collection focuses on recent fiction and topical non-fiction, children’s picture books and much more. We also have a wide array of Books on tape, CD, Music CDs, Videocassettes and DVDs.
The library is known for its variety of story-times for young children and Youth Chess Club. Check the Library’s Monthly Calendar for an up-to-date schedule.
