This service links the user to a subset of Company Capsules from the Hoover's Online site and to IPO-related filings from EDGAR Online. Find an IPO by searching companies by name, keyword, underwriter, state or metro area or use the IPO Directory, an extensive list of companies that have filed to go public on or after May 6, 1996, with links to the companies' IPO-related SEC filings. Browse by filing date or company name. Beginners should go first to Beginner's Guide for an explanation of IPO information.
